A fine French company, alive and in harmony with the earth
Hello, the delivery was perfect and on time. There was just one thing missing from the parcel and the after-sales service was quick to repair the gluing error.

In the purchase process indicated on the site, it was said that vers la terre would contact me to inform me of the delivery I was not contacted, the delivery was scheduled without notifying me on Thursday, then shifted to Friday ... all in a week of heat wave. I don't know if half the worms didn't die of exposure.

Perfect and delivered on time

No tracking of the parcel, I only knew that it had been sent, no way of tracking it afterwards, I went to the relay point at random to pick it up. The booklet I was hoping for, with advice on how to get my vermicomposter up and running again, was not what I had hoped for, only a very brief flyer.
Despite the fact that the dealer was closed for 5 days, I got the parcel back with the worms in perfect condition. Thank you again.
