In addition to the impeccable delivery of my "worm kit", the video training was really useful. I particularly appreciated Océane's personalized follow-up when I had a scare with my vermicomposter. A real plus service!

The vermicomposting training is great, thanks Océane. Perhaps a small beginner's booklet to be supplied with the vermicomposter would be nice. With the basic methodology, what not to do, diagnoses and remedies ... in the form of small summaries. A small booklet is quicker to consult than a website...especially for old people or those who are averse to the net. Thanks for everything.
