The advice generously given over the phone. The installation was very simple and well documented in the little booklet supplied with the vermicomposter. The pleasure of knowing that I'll soon have a good natural fertilizer. And also the impatient wait to see the first drops of "worm tea" fall. In short, an almost childlike joy.

Satisfied with the product itself, and with the information provided for immediate start-up. On the other hand, I feel that there's a lack of information on how the first weeks/first months will unfold. There are many Youtube videos on this subject, but there's also a lot of conflicting information in the various videos, and the only information passed on by verslaterre is "don't want to go too fast" or "don't spoil the worms too much", which isn't very helpful. Even on the forum, it's not very explicit. What does "too much" mean? While the verslaterre teams must have accumulated an enormous amount of knowledge on the subject, it's a real shame not to pass this on to the people who buy the product, through a video for example. At the moment, 3 weeks after installing the vermicomposter, I feel as if I've got off on the wrong foot, and I'm in the process of starting all over again by following a home-made tutorial I found on youtube, but still with major doubts.

Ordered on 30/12/21 and delivered by relay on 05/01/22. I didn't feel that there were many worms in the bags of soil, but there certainly were.

Easy contact with the team, the worm composter was as described and the delivery was very fast! I'm delighted with my new little residents 🙂
