Very good for the mats! On the other hand, although the tote bag is really fun, I hadn't asked for one. We're overwhelmed by all the tote bags out there, when the whole point is to stop having too many bags 😉 Since you're offering it, why not ask your customers to take it or not 🙂

Everything went very smoothly, from ordering on the website to receiving my Combi planter. It's easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy. Customer service, whom I contacted about an oversight in my order, is very pleasant and accommodating. You can go with confidence, they're top notch!

The order took a little while to be shipped. It left 1 week after ordering. No tracking available. I contacted customer service, but the response was a bit cold. Once shipped, delivery was very fast and I'm very satisfied. A touch of humor: Please note that the worms are not delivered dressed as on the site, hence the expression "Naked as a worm for sure";-

Receiving my parcel was a bit problematic because I received an e-mail informing me that my order had been sent, whereas it left 8 days later, and then the package was in Corsica even though I live in Toulouse, but when I called I was very kindly informed and the problem was solved.

After having been trained in vermicomposting by Thierry, I have been able to experiment with the CityWorms for a few weeks now, which I received 2 days after my order: everyone is doing wonderfully!

Delivery a bit complicated with delays and the stress of knowing if the worms would be alive, but everything turned out fine. Fortunately, the kit arrived whole and in good condition. As for the kit itself, the explanatory sheet is correct but not very detailed.

Because of the heat, the greens had died. The Vers La Terre company sent me some, on a simple e-mail request. With many others, it would have been a struggle.

I can't wait for the earthworms to do their job. All is well.

I'm very happy with my item and can't wait to see how it turns out over time. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service: no news for 2 weeks, I had to send 2 e-mails to receive a reply telling me that the order was late. But I guess it was an exceptional situation, which doesn't mean it will always be like this 🙂
