Completely satisfied, no problems to report
Apart from a delivery problem, cancelled the same day by the carrier, the product was exactly as shown on the Vers la Terre website. Because of the very hot weather, you even took the trouble to put refrigerated packaging inside the parcel. You replied very quickly to my message about the delivery problem.
Great product, solid, attractive, easy to install in a small space, easy to use. Makes waste reduction fun and easy. The site is so well done, perfect for answering all the questions a beginner might have, and the forum is a real plus!
Too bad the delivery price is higher than the price of the material purchased (humidification mat x9), otherwise fast delivery, well packaged and quality products! Thanks 🙂

Delivery was a disaster. I was driven around for 5 days only to find myself in a relay with poor parking facilities. With a package weighing at least 15 kg. The product itself is very good and the instructions very practical.

For the second time, the delivery of the worms went wrong. The first time, the shipper had nothing to do with it, but this time, instead of the 500 grams of worms I ordered, I received 6, not 600 grams, but 6 worms. This is my last order on this site.
