Satisfactory discovery

Because of the heat, the greens had died. The Vers La Terre company sent me some, on a simple e-mail request. With many others, it would have been a struggle.

I can't wait for the earthworms to do their job. All is well.

It's very interesting to know how the earthworms are prepared for shipment, and it's really fun to follow their progress over the previous week.

The website said I'd be called before shipment, which wasn't the case, and the relay point mentioned at the time of purchase wasn't the right one, which caused several days' delay, even though we're talking about live goods... It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the second time this had happened to me, in 2 different cities.

Dreadful delivery requiring at least 10 confirmation emails for THEIR change of delivery day. As it's for French friends, I'm sorry but it's prohibitive. They were stuck at home for 2 whole days! Impossible to repeat.

I'm very happy with my item and can't wait to see how it turns out over time. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service: no news for 2 weeks, I had to send 2 e-mails to receive a reply telling me that the order was late. But I guess it was an exceptional situation, which doesn't mean it will always be like this 🙂

Hello, I am satisfied for the moment but I have a doubt about the true capacity of the vermicomposter for a family of 4-6 people as indicated on the ad. I'm already on the 2 nd tray and I have the impression that I'll soon have filled all three trays without the glasses having processed all the compost I give them. Is this normal?
