Dreadful delivery requiring at least 10 confirmation emails for THEIR change of delivery day. As it's for French friends, I'm sorry but it's prohibitive. They were stuck at home for 2 whole days! Impossible to repeat.

I'm very happy with my item and can't wait to see how it turns out over time. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed by the customer service: no news for 2 weeks, I had to send 2 e-mails to receive a reply telling me that the order was late. But I guess it was an exceptional situation, which doesn't mean it will always be like this 🙂

Hello, I am satisfied for the moment but I have a doubt about the true capacity of the vermicomposter for a family of 4-6 people as indicated on the ad. I'm already on the 2 nd tray and I have the impression that I'll soon have filled all three trays without the glasses having processed all the compost I give them. Is this normal?

Delivery time a little longer due to an error by the carrier (delivery in Luxembourg instead of Belgium) apart from that nothing to report, worm composter arrived without any problems or breakages.... store to recommend 100%.
Great product! Bought mostly for educational purposes at home. Kids love it and I find it neat just hope the worms will be happy in their new home. We have not had to use customer service which means I we got top service!

Neat packaging. Rather fast shipping. Always very satisfied with the quality and quantity of my "product". The only small downside: it would be a good idea to give advance notice of shipment. All we get is an e-mail once the parcel has arrived, so we don't really know whether the order has been taken into account, is being prepared, on time or late. Otherwise, I recommend it!
