I would have appreciated an answer to my e-mail question.

Fast, efficient, with good products

The product conforms, but the description of operation explained on the doc differs from the explanation on the site, it is even the opposite. On the site it says that the worms rise as they go along, but on the doc it's the other way round; so that leaves some question marks. So I'll make up my own mind in the long term.

The worms arrived in good condition and many of them are still active (so I don't think there was much loss in transit). The starter kit is practical and really helps you to start from 0. Delivery is rather expensive I think, especially if you don't arrive on the scheduled day and are not precise about the delivery time.

We didn't know about worm composters - very good experience, ethical and environmental approach thought through to the end on the part of the company, and everything is going very well on our side so far, with our new companions 🙂
