The delivery was laborious on my side and towards the earth helped to delay the departure of the order so that it could arrive according to my availability. Installation is very easy, thanks to the guide, and there are no odors. The FAQ on the site answered all the questions I had.

Very satisfied with the product. Space-saving and easy to use. Less waste in the regular garbage can and more for recycling. However, a few problems: after three weeks of use, proliferation of midges and mold: could you give us some advice?

Received order fairly quickly. Well-made product. The first tests are conclusive to see over time.

Super easy to get started, the packaging and explanations are top notch. The little worms got to work, at least I hope they did, because they're very quiet! To recommend the product to friends and family, I didn't give it 10/10 because I'm waiting to see the results when the first stage of compost is available.

My vermicomposter arrived with a small broken leg. I was able to glue it back in place and customer service made me a very kind gesture.
