To recommend the product to friends and family, I didn't give it 10/10 because I'm waiting to see the results when the first stage of compost is available.

My vermicomposter arrived with a small broken leg. I was able to glue it back in place and customer service made me a very kind gesture.

I recommend the vermicomposter. It's high quality, made in France not far from where we live, the user guide is very clear, and assembly is ultra-easy. The worms seem to be in good shape too. The after-sales service is very responsive. All the best!

Error in delivery information (I was told that my delivery had arrived in another name in another country) Long delivery time. Product to be improved.

Very good quality kit, clear and complete explanations (could be improved: find alternatives to the plastic bag like the one around the worms).

Nothing to complain about in terms of the quality of the contents of the parcel, but there was a problem with the deliveryman (e-mail received indicating that the parcel should be collected, but no parcel at a relay point).

Registration and information commitments were not met on time. E-mails have gone unanswered, and only telephone calls have provided a response. The first commitment date was not respected, and it was only after two reminders that I finally received reliable information. Telecommuting may be a good thing, but I think we need to look elsewhere for this reason.
