Everything went really well, except that one part was missing on arrival (the tap nut). Nevertheless, you reacted well and sent me the missing part.

The site is very clear, the product very good, several videos of explanations + very explicit instructions. The DPD partner was irreproachable, and respected the predicted system. Only one "bitonio" under the bottom plate, which is used to secure it, was perhaps not protected enough.

Package in good condition, fast delivery, the worms were in great shape and got to work straight away.

I don't have a score to give for customer service because I didn't have to deal with the service: beautiful oyas that matched my expectations and descriptions, well packaged and arrived quickly. The delivery service is good: appointment made for a specific time slot, call made when the drivers are approaching.

Top equipment. Communication with "Vers la terre" also top. On the other hand, a deplorable delivery time (which is not Vers la terre's fault). Ordered on a Monday, the vermicompost arrived the following Tuesday, i.e. 9 days later !!!!! the tray was broken at 2 hooks.

Installation is quick and easy. The material is of good quality and design. I've had it for a few weeks now, and hope to be able to reduce all my organic waste over time. I was apprehensive about these little creatures. Now I can even touch them with my bare hands.

Very fast shipping! Beautifully designed product that blends in perfectly with the kitchen. The starter kit is complete and the explanations very clear. Product arrived damaged by the fault of the deliveryman but the after-sales service was attentive and sympathetic they solved the problem very quickly the forwarding of the new elements was done in less than 24h.

I'm not happy with the packaging of my parcel: the packing tape was stuck directly onto the humification mat. As a result, when I tried to remove the tape, even if I was careful, I tore off part of the mattress. Really not great! I'm really disappointed. Sincerely, Thomas Brouard.

The delivery was delayed due to the large number of parcels waiting on the platforms and we had to phone several times to find out what was going on, as the carrier was ... overwhelmed.

Very easy to assemble, quick and easy to set up with the all-inclusive package. Scheduled delivery and attentive customer service. Everything is well thought out. I recommend Verslaterre without hesitation!
