I don't have a score to give for customer service because I didn't have to deal with the service: beautiful oyas that matched my expectations and descriptions, well packaged and arrived quickly. The delivery service is good: appointment made for a specific time slot, call made when the drivers are approaching.

Top equipment. Communication with "Vers la terre" also top. On the other hand, a deplorable delivery time (which is not Vers la terre's fault). Ordered on a Monday, the vermicompost arrived the following Tuesday, i.e. 9 days later !!!!! the tray was broken at 2 hooks.

Installation is quick and easy. The material is of good quality and design. I've had it for a few weeks now, and hope to be able to reduce all my organic waste over time. I was apprehensive about these little creatures. Now I can even touch them with my bare hands.

Product arrived damaged by the fault of the deliveryman but the after-sales service was attentive and sympathetic they solved the problem very quickly the forwarding of the new elements was done in less than 24h.

I'm not happy with the packaging of my parcel: the packing tape was stuck directly onto the humification mat. As a result, when I tried to remove the tape, even if I was careful, I tore off part of the mattress. Really not great! I'm really disappointed. Sincerely, Thomas Brouard.

The oya delivered has paint defects on all sides. it's outrageous to sell a product with so many smudges on the motifs. it looks like the varnish was applied before the motifs were dry. It looks like the varnish was applied before the paint on the motifs was dry. handmade and artisanal doesn't mean sloppy, especially at that price! a little ashamed to have offered such a poorly made item.

The delivery was delayed due to the large number of parcels waiting on the platforms and we had to phone several times to find out what was going on, as the carrier was ... overwhelmed.
