Order of vita plus 2kg minimum On arrival I see that it's in the form of 2x 1kg I would have liked to have been offered 1kg when ordering which would have been more than enough for me (especially as there's a deadline)

The first delivery was not on time, it arrived later. The package didn't look damaged, but one item inside was cracked. However, customer service sent me back the damaged item immediately. Thanks again.

I ordered 3 oyas and they arrived quite quickly and very well packaged. I'm glad to discover the site, because I wanted to buy 100% French oyas, but the artisan's site was out of stock (4 weeks waiting).

Very good service. Quality products. Customer service very attentive and responsive, even during this 2nd confinement. The delivery men had damaged one of the vermicompost bins. It was quickly replaced by verslaterre. Highly recommend.

Nothing to say, easy to install and start up. They're doing well (the worms) and seem very happy. No liquid yet (2 weeks so far).

I was able to decide on the model that best suited my family, and I also received lots of advice on how to set up and use the city worm. I thought delivery would take 3 weeks... the parcel arrived 4 days after ordering. Thank you

Unless I'm mistaken, delivery against signature is compulsory. I would have liked to have had another less restrictive option. I missed 2 deliveries, one when I was taking my children to school, the other when I was on the phone with my employer. The letterbox/hall delivery option would be appreciated.
