I had already bought the vermicomposter and a starter kit a few years ago and everything had gone well until a move that proved fatal for my earthworm friends. Now that I'm settled in again, I'm delighted to be able to start living together again, with plenty of attention to ensure that everything goes smoothly 😉

The delivery was delayed several times, leaving me stranded for several afternoons in a row for nothing; and the parcel had been badly damaged by the journey, with several parts broken, further delaying the installation of the vermicomposter. Parts were promptly returned to me, but no commercial gesture was made.

Nothing to say, easy to install and start up. They're doing well (the worms) and seem very happy. No liquid yet (2 weeks so far).

Top transaction. I phoned customer service before my purchase and received an exceptionally friendly welcome. I was able to decide on the model that best suited my family, and I also received lots of advice on how to set up and use the city worm. I thought delivery would take 3 weeks... the parcel arrived 4 days after ordering. Thank you

Unless I'm mistaken, delivery against signature is compulsory. I would have liked to have had another less restrictive option. I missed 2 deliveries, one when I was taking my children to school, the other when I was on the phone with my employer. The letterbox/hall delivery option would be appreciated.
