I ordered the divination mat with the pendulum offered. I received the mat but not the pendulum. After a few email exchanges, I was promised that I would receive it 15 days later. The deadline has not yet passed, I will leave a comment after receipt to say that I am completely satisfied.

I bought a Tibetan bowl, but unfortunately it smells terrible (as do the box and the papers). I had to put it outside for several days and spray it with disinfectant, but the smell still persists. Quite disappointed as it was a Christmas present.

I sent you an e-mail which you never answered. The parcel was delivered to a relay without my being informed, even though it was supposed to be delivered to my home. The boxes that I had ordered arrived in bad condition even though I was supposed to offer the bowls (I sent you the photos in the email). I'm very disappointed and the barcode doesn't work. No reply from you. I will report all these problems to my friends who wanted to order from you and on social networks.

I am very disappointed with my order. I find that the quality leaves much to be desired. It's far too expensive for what it is. It's a shame. What's more, my pendulum has come off its chain and I can't get it back on, it keeps falling off. None of my other pendulums have this problem.

The package arrived in colissimo marked on it "repackaged by the post office" and when I opened the package 4 pages of the book had been cut probably by 1 cutter! I don't understand why my package had to be repackaged by the post office. Really disappointed to have received a great product in bad condition.
