I received my order, a collection of 200 dowsing boards, on time. Fast and careful shipping. The only problem with the book is that some of the plates are written much too small; this "detail" is a pity for people who have eyesight problems like me.

Hello, I have received the directory of dials in the time announced. It is practical and you can say that it goes everywhere. Unfortunately it arrived corrupted on some pages I think it comes from the post office for not changing. Thank you

Wrong package at the first sending with an item that does not correspond to the order (ceramic beads instead of benzoin incense). Insufficient packaging, in my opinion, because : - the 200 dowsing dials were corroded by the transport. (The spiral of the dials twisted and the cover corneous and with the damaged edges the cardboard sheet split) Nothing insurmountable, I straightened the spirals, recollect the split edge and put back the cardboard sheets of cover well right. - the cardboard box of the ceramic beads crushed and opened with the beads spread in the pocket that serves as a package. Second pitfall, the contact part of the site too succinct; no part dedicated to the SAV, no message of consideration when sending message, no E-mail of contact SAV and no button of follow-up or return to the contact in the follow-up of order of the site. I found myself lost, with an unhealthy feeling of having been tricked, with no way to contact Vibratis directly. Just a form on a website, guestbook style. Even after my multiple follow-ups on YouTube and a form on a website. Things got unstuck when I went to the order completion email I had received. So I sent to "Spirituality, well-being and personal development", an after-sales mail with pictures of the package and my problem. And there everything took back colors, thank you "Boris David" and the [email protected]. Super SAV with a good follow-up, solution found, reshipment of the rest of the order and quick arrival. To summarize: Beware of packaging; eg: Amazon cardboard packages with bubble wrap we used to a quality of transport + + + It is absolutely necessary to have a dedicated page SAV on the site, with contact email [email protected] or [email protected] and with a procedure for us customers (order number, photo ...) and a quality approach. Response in 48h guaranteed ..., ... But I hope that my opinion will be communicated to you to improve this little thing and that for me will have made a big difference, even with the error of order. Clocks and rods delivered quickly, everything is in accordance with the order. The booklet of dials is complete and well done. The presentation of the use of the pendulum is useful for beginners and pleasant. A good connection with a team that seems friendly!
