I ordered the tarot of Marseille of good quality (there are some errors of publications on the explanatory ebook it's a pity), the benzoin incense (unfortunately not satisfied with its smell in benzoin), stone pendulum very pretty and well made and my 200 dowsing dials that I do not regret (it would have been preferable that they are all accompanied by explanation, example and that the dials are printed glossy as the cover because the paper remains fragile in time). Despite some inconvenience, I placed a second order for a Tibetan bowl and another clock. If I had not had these inconveniences the order would have been perfect!

The package arrived in colissimo marked on it "repackaged by the post office" and when I opened the package 4 pages of the book had been cut probably by 1 cutter! I don't understand why my package had to be repackaged by the post office. Really disappointed to have received a great product in bad condition.

It is "bigger" or "wider" and the top collar is almost not there. I also have the feeling that the "hole" through which the string passes is not centered. I understand that the work is handcrafted so maybe a picture = 1 pendulum is needed. I hesitate to return it.

Good product but disappointed with the packaging. I received the product in a plastic envelope even though I had chosen this product because it had a cardboard packaging and the ecological aspect was emphasized. Wrong package at the first sending with an item that does not correspond to the order (ceramic beads instead of benzoin incense). Insufficient packaging, in my opinion, because : - the 200 dowsing dials were corroded by the transport. (The spiral of the dials twisted and the cover corneous and with the damaged edges the cardboard sheet split) Nothing insurmountable, I straightened the spirals, recollect the split edge and put back the cardboard sheets of cover well right. - the cardboard box of the ceramic beads crushed and opened with the beads spread in the pocket that serves as a package. Second pitfall, the contact part of the site too succinct; no part dedicated to the SAV, no message of consideration when sending message, no E-mail of contact SAV and no button of follow-up or return to the contact in the follow-up of order of the site. It was not the right order. So I had to go to the store to make a return and wait another 10 days or so to finally get my order. That's a shame.

Disappointed not by the quality of the products but by the delivery time. Articles noted available at the time of the order but which finally were not! No information from them.
