I sent you an e-mail which you never answered. The parcel was delivered to a relay without my being informed, even though it was supposed to be delivered to my home. The boxes that I had ordered arrived in bad condition even though I was supposed to offer the bowls (I sent you the photos in the email). I'm very disappointed and the barcode doesn't work. No reply from you. I will report all these problems to my friends who wanted to order from you and on social networks.

Good quality Tibetan bowl. However, the box it came in smelled awful, as did the cushion. The bowl had even picked up the smell. A pity, as it was a gift.

I am very disappointed with my order. I find that the quality leaves much to be desired. It's far too expensive for what it is. It's a shame. What's more, my pendulum has come off its chain and I can't get it back on, it keeps falling off. None of my other pendulums have this problem.

Bonjour je vous est commandé votre livre mes cardrans de radiesthésie. livraison rapide et bien emballé , les candras à la forme A5 sont pratique pour une utilisation en extérieur . toutefois une remarque à vous faire sur la disposition des cadrans , lorsque l'on tourne les pages , le cadran au verso est mal positionné ce qui induit de retourner le livre pour visualiser chaque cadran , cela rend difficile la lecture et le travail . pour les candrans en géobiologie il serait positif d'inclure un cadran du vert négatif . en vous souhaiterant un bonne journée .

Hello, Vibratis gives an impression of seriousness and quality, hence my choice to have ordered, but I give an opinion on my direct experience, namely the purchase of the book of dowsing boards and the incense box : Positive: delivery times and products as described. Negative: minimalist packaging, with one corner of the book dented and a spiral bent, and one corner of the box crushed, with an open incense bag inside, the incense then scattered across the bottom of the box and having covered the other items in the box with dust.

I ordered the tarot of Marseille of good quality (there are some errors of publications on the explanatory ebook it's a pity), the benzoin incense (unfortunately not satisfied with its smell in benzoin), stone pendulum very pretty and well made and my 200 dowsing dials that I do not regret (it would have been preferable that they are all accompanied by explanation, example and that the dials are printed glossy as the cover because the paper remains fragile in time). Despite some inconvenience, I placed a second order for a Tibetan bowl and another clock. If I had not had these inconveniences the order would have been perfect!
