I have doubts about the authenticity of the product.

Clear site, fast shipping. However, not a word in the envelope. It's a shame. But I suppose that with the holidays approaching it must be a bit complicated. concerning the Pendulum of thot: The pendulum is not exactly as on the picture. It is "bigger" or "wider" and the top collar is almost not there. I also have the feeling that the "hole" through which the string passes is not centered. I understand that the work is handcrafted so maybe a picture = 1 pendulum is needed. I hesitate to return it.

Good product but disappointed with the packaging. I received the product in a plastic envelope even though I had chosen this product because it had a cardboard packaging and the ecological aspect was emphasized. Moreover, as the product was in an envelope, the packaging arrived completely crushed. It's a shame for a gift.

Wrong package at the first sending with an item that does not correspond to the order (ceramic beads instead of benzoin incense). Insufficient packaging, in my opinion, because : - the 200 dowsing dials were corroded by the transport. (The spiral of the dials twisted and the cover corneous and with the damaged edges the cardboard sheet split) Nothing insurmountable, I straightened the spirals, recollect the split edge and put back the cardboard sheets of cover well right. - the cardboard box of the ceramic beads crushed and opened with the beads spread in the pocket that serves as a package. Disappointed not by the quality of the products but by the delivery time. Articles noted available at the time of the order but which finally were not! No information from them. I had to send a first email to know why my order was not leaving and that's when I learned the reason for the delay. Disappointing way of doing things.

The white rock crystal pendulum and the rose quartz one are chipped, only the amethyst pendulum is perfect!

Having another pendulum of this kind, comparing, this one is much lighter, does not seem at all a real Crystal as the one I already have (I had a little damaged and I wanted to replace it) I am not convinced about the authenticity!

The stone is beautiful but the chain is of poor quality because of this I almost found my pendulum on the ground, chain broke.

I have a lapis lazuli pendant and it has never made these marks, but I'm only half surprised at the price I paid for it.
