Even if I received my order, I think it's a pity that a link to follow the delivery is not attached to the emails received by this company, because, as far as I'm concerned, I was worried because my delivery was very late, and having no way to know where it was, I ended up having to send an email to this company. That said, I really appreciated the responsiveness of the person who took note of my email (sent in the evening) and who sent me a reply that same evening - late! - to let me know that he was sorry for me, to keep him informed, and he (a gentleman, very nice!) attached a link so that I could track my package . This is the only reason why I don't put 5 stars, because of this lack of link to follow his order!

Received quickly a little disappointed on the quality of the stick but the bowl is good

The rose quartz is very well cut, beautiful tapered shape and nice polish. On the other hand, this one is really very pale. A little too much for my taste, but that does not change anything to its properties. I appreciate the small clip that allows to remove the chain of the pendulum. Concerning its use, I had good results. Don't forget to purify and recharge this pendulum!

Fast shipping, but small compared to the item of chopsticks. They arrived twisted and the handles slightly damaged at the base. The pendulum is as described.

I only put 4 stars, because the handle of one of the chopsticks is scratched, it does not prevent the work, but it is still unfortunate that the new is not impeccable at the reception.

The rose quartz is of good quality. I would have liked one that did not have a "break" on the inside.

Very good smell which emerges from it when one burns it, the concern it is that the sticks go out quickly and do not diffuse an important smoke what makes the work a little laborious. Is it because the sage is put in "balls" rather than "bundles"? Nice packaging.
