still no package in sight

To this day I still haven't received my order

complete, my only regret is that the product is not in A4 format

Wrong package at the first sending with an item that does not correspond to the order (ceramic beads instead of benzoin incense). Insufficient packaging, in my opinion, because : - the 200 dowsing dials were corroded by the transport. (The spiral of the dials twisted and the cover corneous and with the damaged edges the cardboard sheet split) Nothing insurmountable, I straightened the spirals, recollect the split edge and put back the cardboard sheets of cover well right. - the cardboard box of the ceramic beads crushed and opened with the beads spread in the pocket that serves as a package. Second pitfall, the contact part of the site too succinct; no part dedicated to the SAV, no message of consideration when sending message, no E-mail of contact SAV and no button of follow-up or return to the contact in the follow-up of order of the site. I found myself lost, with an unhealthy feeling of having been tricked, with no way to contact Vibratis directly. Just a form on a website, guestbook style. Even after my multiple follow-ups on YouTube and a form on a website. Things got unstuck when I went to the order completion email I had received. And there everything took back colors, thank you "Boris David" and the [email protected]. Super SAV with a good follow-up, solution found, reshipment of the rest of the order and quick arrival. To summarize: Beware of packaging; eg: Amazon cardboard packages with bubble wrap we used to a quality of transport + + + It is absolutely necessary to have a dedicated page SAV on the site, with contact email [email protected] or [email protected] and with a procedure for us customers (order number, photo ...) and a quality approach. It was not the right order. So I had to go to the store to make a return and wait another 10 days or so to finally get my order. That's a shame.

Disappointed not by the quality of the products but by the delivery time. Articles noted available at the time of the order but which finally were not! No information from them. I had to send a first email to know why my order was not leaving and that's when I learned the reason for the delay. Disappointing way of doing things.

Fast shipping, but small compared to the item of chopsticks. They arrived twisted and the handles slightly damaged at the base. The pendulum is as described.

Very good smell which emerges from it when one burns it, the concern it is that the sticks go out quickly and do not diffuse an important smoke what makes the work a little laborious. Is it because the sage is put in "balls" rather than "bundles"? Nice packaging.

Not very practical

Having another pendulum of this kind, comparing, this one is much lighter, does not seem at all a real Crystal as the one I already have (I had a little damaged and I wanted to replace it) I am not convinced about the authenticity!

The stone is beautiful but the chain is of poor quality because of this I almost found my pendulum on the ground, chain broke.

Nice pendulum, too bad it is not centered in relation to the chain, to see if this does not influence the accuracy of the pendulum ...

I have a lapis lazuli pendant and it has never made these marks, but I'm only half surprised at the price I paid for it. My order arrived a day early. The only thing that I find unfortunate is that just after handling it a little the clip came off, fortunately I managed to repair it.

The sage didn't burn very well, maybe it wasn't dry enough. otherwise the little bundles are great to use, the resealable packaging is super convenient too.

Very good pendulum small downside I found several times my pendulum detached from the chain due to the poor quality of the ring that binds them
