Well-packaged parcel, fast delivery

Hello, I received a pendulum broken at the tip. The same day I made a complaint stating this (I have a photo to back it up) and no reply! Too bad.

Disappointed!

I sent you an e-mail which you never answered. The parcel was delivered to a relay without my being informed, even though it was supposed to be delivered to my home. The boxes that I had ordered arrived in bad condition even though I was supposed to offer the bowls (I sent you the photos in the email). I'm very disappointed and the barcode doesn't work. No reply from you. I will report all these problems to my friends who wanted to order from you and on social networks.

Hello, I still haven't received my order!

I am very disappointed with my order. I find that the quality leaves much to be desired. It's far too expensive for what it is. It's a shame. What's more, my pendulum has come off its chain and I can't get it back on, it keeps falling off. None of my other pendulums have this problem.

You offered me a discount on the pendulum cards after I had placed my order, that's not fair play. I would therefore expect you to reimburse me for the promotional part.

I placed an order on December 9 for a Christmas gift. It's now December 21st and I haven't received my parcel, nor have I had any explanation or delivery date. I am very disappointed!

Item probably bought on a discount site and then put in a vibratis pouch. No proof of the authenticity of the stone. There is exactly the same article on a site of Chinese origin and less expensive

The product received is very different from the one purchased by my friend - the diameter of the handle and its length are too small

I am disappointed with my purchase. I chose the most expensive Tibetan bowl thinking to get a good sound quality. Unfortunately, it does not sing at all. I do not recommend this model.

The white rock crystal pendulum and the rose quartz one are chipped, only the amethyst pendulum is perfect!
