It's perfect except when you want to modify a session, there is always an error message. So you have to cancel and rebook.

Excellent responsiveness from technical support when needed, thank you! It would be very practical for confirmation and reminder emails to present the date and time in the subject line.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after the first lesson and my child's enthusiasm, I was completely won over by the method.

Still and always delighted! VivaLing is the best we have tested for our family! Our 3 children previously enrolled in an English school maintain their accent and level of English and Spanish as if they had stayed in their old school system (it's just incredible!). All the coaches we have tested are great. The lessons are very personalized, the same coach offers different study themes to each of our children to respect their level, age, and goals. Thank you VivaLing for supporting us so well over the past few years, you have made choices easier for us and allowed for beautiful transitions. The children keep counting the days between each session!

Speed and quality of service are top-notch! Super professional coach! But the site is a bit outdated (general look, also the individual interfaces with session reports) and fun information could be added like the student's 'little monster' profile, their total scores, etc.

Can sometimes be difficult to schedule 15-minute sessions. I first have to schedule a 30-minute session, then add 15 minutes, then delete the first 30 minutes.

The site is intuitive, provides the necessary information for quick contact. In just a few clicks, I registered and scheduled sessions for my daughters.

First class very successful, my daughter is delighted with this first experience. Everything is well guided on the site to succeed in the first connection. A small downside regarding the interactivity of the course: We had difficulty moving, copying/pasting elements on the screen. No matter, our coach did it for us.
