Costumer service has delays. Having only 2 teacher option is a bit restrictive.
Navigation not always very intuitive.
It's practical to have English classes at home, the site is easy to use, encouraging teachers who have plenty of materials.

There is a recurring problem with booking because after certain booking sessions, the pop-up page on the reservation freezes.

Hello, the price of the pack with the promotion changes at the time of payment. I would like to pay in euros but it is not possible. Paying with a credit card is complicated. You have to go through PayPal.
As a client for several years, we do not benefit from discounted rates or so-called 'loyalty' rates. In short, to thank us for our loyalty, VIVALING could offer us promotional rates.
Overall it is well organized, I regret that we cannot access the list of coaches alone, we have to ask and we are not sent more than 2 profiles. Prices have increased without us being notified. You ask for a native coach and they select Mexicans for example for Spanish.
I clearly distinguish the site (3 stars, a bit outdated perhaps) from the services offered (5 stars without hesitation!). + Site: easy to use, both for registration and for booking/canceling sessions. + Site: numerous email reminders to avoid forgetting a session, very practical. - Site: the layout could be improved to facilitate the readability of information. - Site: a system allowing payment by Bancontact (QR code) would be welcome to facilitate payments. + Product: the service is excellent! + Product: the coaches are really great!
Cannot change the reservation, have to cancel and book again. Very often at the end of several reservations, the system 'freezes'. Also, the reservations are not updated in real-time on the account, need to log out and then log in.
The classes are very good but the payment part offers a very poor customer experience. I always have problems recharging my packs, only PayPal seems to work and it hardly ever works for me so I always waste time with that.. Classes are interrupted for at least a week as a result. In short, it's very frustrating. Otherwise, the classes are of good quality.
I found the website a little confusing to use at first. There are many grammatical or spelling errors in your English site as well which does not engender confidence in the quality of the instruction, perhaps. A language learning site should reflect excellent language so learners can be confident they are learning correctly. It would be good if the payment could be made at any stage. For instance, when I tried to book my child’s first class, I could not complete the transaction because first I had to buy classes. So, I had to redo everything. At first I thought this platform might be more like the Mandarin learning platform we are already using and similar to VIPkid but now I think perhaps this site just sets us up with a coach who will teach whatever rather than following a prescribed course. The website does not really explain what it is. Also, since you ask for my address when I sign up, the program should set my time zone correctly automatically. I should have the option between all available coaches with slots open for the language chosen but I was only offered two coaches. Moreover, I was not shown any info about these coaches: no bio, no intro video. It would be nice to select a coach based on more than available time slots. It would be helpful to see our booked slots when looking at the calendar. It would be helpful if our booked classes could be added automatically to our personal calendars as well. Our first class is Thursday. I’m not sure this platform is easy enough to use that my child will be able to find her classes by herself but I am hopeful that the instruction will be good and that my child will enjoy the class. Thank you. Note: this email and form were all in French. This was the language of instruction chosen, not the language of preferred communication! Fortunately, mom is pretty fluent and I could understand. You might have a higher response rate if you email your clients in their preferred language?

Okay to pay but impossible to choose a time slot. Few coaches and few available.
Very good teachers, however the platform/technology is lacking in robustness, and the responsiveness on these issues from the company is poor.
It's a shame that we cannot access the profiles of all the coaches.

I only give 3 stars because the cost of the courses is extremely high compared to the competition. The only positive point is the number of clients, so it's a sustainable business that won't close its doors once your money is collected. The quality of the teachers is uneven, but it all depends on what you want. I would have liked 'Cambridge' courses.
It would be good to ensure that when booking a class, we can see all those already booked for all family members.
The site is not always very easy to understand in terms of navigation; scheduling appointments on the calendar is complicated.
I can't find the feedback from the session, even after more than 48 hours of waiting. Difficulty booking a session with another coach even though I just spent 200 euros. The coach is available in her schedule, but it's impossible to confirm the time slot.
Very functional in its design but with many bugs during the session bookings.
I use one-to-two sessions and I'm really tired every time write you several times to change one-to-one to one-to-two.
