Can sometimes be difficult to schedule 15-minute sessions. I first have to schedule a 30-minute session, then add 15 minutes, then delete the first 30 minutes.

The site is intuitive, provides the necessary information for quick contact. In just a few clicks, I registered and scheduled sessions for my daughters.

First class very successful, my daughter is delighted with this first experience. Everything is well guided on the site to succeed in the first connection. A small downside regarding the interactivity of the course: We had difficulty moving, copying/pasting elements on the screen. No matter, our coach did it for us.

Very good teachers, however the platform/technology is lacking in robustness, and the responsiveness on these issues from the company is poor.

Super practical. You can book whenever you want, easily cancel if you know you have a conflict. The coaches are very professional. The session reports and videos are useful to know how the children are doing.

Quick and finds solutions for choosing coaches

Very flexible formula, my 3 children in middle and high school quickly embraced the idea of a home coach for their first and second languages - English, Mandarin, German, and soon Spanish. Caring teachers from around the world who adapt to the level and visible progress. I highly recommend it.
