Exceptional! My 3 children (5, 11, and 14 years old) have been taking classes with their coach (each their own) in English and Spanish for the eldest for 2 years now. The coaches are great and personalize all the lessons. It’s playful and very interactive by combining video media, slideshows, web, etc... even my youngest child of 5.5 loves it. Very serious. The progress is real in speaking. And super practical for scheduling sessions. I totally recommend it.
