Good

I can't find the feedback from the session, even after more than 48 hours of waiting. Difficulty booking a session with another coach even though I just spent 200 euros. The coach is available in her schedule, but it's impossible to confirm the time slot.

Very functional in its design but with many bugs during the session bookings.

The site is very easy and comprehensive, the reminders are also very useful, and you feel taken care of by a competent and attentive team.

The approach is very personalized. The coach adapts to the child's pace thanks to good psychology. Our son was not very enthusiastic about his exchanges, and already after two sessions, he is enjoying it. THANK YOU coach!

Speed and ease of registration and exchange

The first class went very well but a bit too much information at once for a little one (4 and a half years old), maybe targeting knowledge to 3 new concepts every 15 minutes would be sufficient.

I discovered Vivaling while looking for supplementary English support courses and so far, I am delighted. My two children, aged 9 and 7, appreciate the coach they chose and it’s an original way to bring immersion into the home, especially when they are so young. They are eagerly awaiting their next session. The Vivaling platform is very fun for booking courses or purchasing new sessions. The ability to rewatch classes is a real plus for progress, as well as the reports from coaches sent by email. The support service is also responsive... in short! A very nice concept that encourages children to progress in a fun way.

Video conference connection with the coach is very simple. First class was great with many concepts reviewed. The report made by the coach the same evening and the possibility to review the class video are real pluses!

Playful and effective approach

Finally, a language teaching method where children are eager to participate. My son enjoys his English coach Kari every Wednesday. Plus, the results are there as he admits he understands better in school classes. I highly recommend Vivaling to all parents whose children want to progress in a foreign language. Moreover, from the start, Vivaling helps find coaches suited to the child's tastes.
