I've had no trouble at all using the main features of the site. I find it pretty easy to navigate around and do everything I need to do (credit the account, book a lesson, view the feedback/video of previous lessons).

Excellent listening

Very nice concept that allows exchanging in English with native speakers. It changes from the poor accent of French teachers.

It of course depends largely on the teacher but the one we have for our kids is fantastic!!! They are always waiting for the next lesson and enjoy a lot the discussions. VivaLing’s overall system is really great and their iPad application extremely simple to use so the kids (10, 8 and 6) can connect on their own to their lesson.

Almost ideal site for teaching a language to children: good teachers, adapt to the child's interests, we review the class after = 2nd lesson, we stay at home! => optimization of parents' and children's time, they are occupied so we can do something else at home during this time, Private lessons that make you want to learn => more effective than a group class where some never speak, pronunciation is corrected, etc!!

Website is fine even if the booking system is a bit cumbersome and slow (often i have to start again booking).

My 9-year-old daughter is delighted with her English class. For 6 months, she has been participating with pleasure. Her teacher is lovely and offers her games that match her interests. Parents receive a report and can watch the video of the class. I find this system really perfect. A class without having to travel, lively. Learning English is a pleasure.
