A clear and functional site.

My daughters take courses on the Vivaling site. I am very satisfied with this experience, my daughters really enjoy this quality support, I highly recommend it.

Vivaling app is easy - however, the presentation of the schedules to book needs to be reviewed (at least on smartphone) - the change of teachers has also posed us many difficulties in the past.

Very good, however it is difficult to find how to take the level test for a new sponsorship or if I add an additional language. In my case, I would like to test my level of French as it is not my native language.

I am new to this learning system but it is very intuitive, user friendly and interactive. We will see in the future how it develops

I look forward to meeting with Coach Donna when I can. I studied French but rarely have a chance to practice. She gives immediate feedback and my French has improved drastically. She's worked with my children as well and is able to adjust to their ages and levels well.

Costumer service has delays. Having only 2 teacher option is a bit restrictive.

Very practical for learning a foreign language for children. User for 1 year for 2 children aged 10 and 13 in English and German. There is a follow-up from one class to another with a report sent by the teacher to the parents at the end of the class.

Easy navigation. I took away one star because the service remains expensive but the service provided is good. My daughter's tutor is a native English speaker and experienced, the classes are recorded.

English classes for my 11-year-old son. We appreciated being able to choose the profile of his teacher. He chose someone he feels a connection with and who has a pedagogical approach. Very good!

Simple to use and especially on-demand classes. Hyper flexible. Choice of time. I loved my exchanges with Glynnis. I find the idea of having an available contact on demand very practical. I recommend it regardless of your level. My need was to prepare for an interview in English! It was really great!
