I am satisfied with the VivaLing service, the customer service always responds to me within the day. Booking is very easy. A small technical problem occurs every time I want to book beyond 4 or 5 weeks, but otherwise I am very happy with Vivaling.

Everything is great except for the fact that it's in dollars and I encounter payment issues with my card every time. The site has problems and I have to try about 10 times each time for the payment to be accepted. It always says card error. It's very complicated and you have to be motivated... to finalize the payment. Otherwise, we love it!

Very easy to use, competent teacher (who doesn't speak a word of French which avoids the temptation to digress) who adapts to the student's level, and I highly recommend this site for improving oral skills.

I work as a coach at Vivaling and have my daughter take classes as well. She loves her classes and very much looks foward to each one. I love the curriculum, philosophy and work culture as well. Highly recommend taking classes with Vivaling!

Vivaling has been such a blessing. My time with my French tutor is one of the few things I do for me, just for fun. As a mom, these things are rare.

My son loves his Spanish classes. When I tell him he has a class, he is always excited. The teacher knows what level to put him so that it isn't too difficult, he has fun, but he is still learning. He has a lot of fun playing the games! When I watch the recordings, I am always amazed by how much he understands and speaks. As it is a one-to-one class, my son gets so much from it. I think he must learn in 25 minutes what he would learn in a week with thirty other children in his class! Thank you VivaLing!!!

The VivaLing support team is very nice and effective, I can quickly get reply when I send emails to them for help. I like the flow of how the system works, I can easily create the course and get a very great teacher recommended automatically based on my needs. I am very happy and satisfied with all the lessons taken so far. My speaking and writing skills in English has been improved a lot.

I love learning with VivaLing! Flexibility and tailored sessions to my needs and linguistic goals! Great customer service, caring coaches, great pedagogy and now with the new app you can top up, book sessions and do anything you need! As improvements, I would suggest that they add some type of google calendar or apple calendar link so you can click and easily have a reminder of your session looking at your online calendar.

The service is great. The teachers too. But I often have trouble aligning my time slots with those of the teachers.
