Once you have found the coach that suits your child, it is a pleasure to see them evolve in the practice of the language and build trusting relationships that help them feel comfortable.
A great learning site for languages. My 8-year-old daughter loves her English classes and would like to take them every day. The native teacher is great, the classes are structured and fun. The Customer Service is also attentive and responsive. I highly recommend it.
I really like the flexibility of VivaLing and the possibility of having short sessions more often.

The site is simple and clear. I can easily manage the profiles of my 3 children. The recorded videos are a good support for reviewing the lessons. 'Vivaling Support' is quick and efficient.
We are delighted with the courses and the pricing options offered. However, we only have a choice of 2 teachers, fortunately my son clicked right away with the first one.

Non-existent support, never any response. I lost a lesson because I couldn't connect. I almost missed another one, luckily I thought to switch to my mobile (not great on mobile!)
Several packs to choose from that can serve the whole family, nothing to complain about!
Cannot change the reservation, have to cancel and book again. Very often at the end of several reservations, the system 'freezes'. Also, the reservations are not updated in real-time on the account, need to log out and then log in.
Great, I love VivaLing. My 3-year-old son is making huge progress. He looks forward to seeing his teacher every week. It's practical, easy to use, and flexible. The lessons are fun and the progress is obvious. Thank you
Very good except that I completely got mixed up with the schedule at the very beginning because we went on vacation in Europe. Not completely obvious to change time zones.
My son is on his 2nd lesson and so far everything is going well.
