Very easy to use, great organizational flexibility. It's a pity to only have a choice between 2 teachers, it's a bit limited. 1 or 2 more would be perfect

Non-existent support, never any response. I lost a lesson because I couldn't connect. I almost missed another one, luckily I thought to switch to my mobile (not great on mobile!)
Several packs to choose from that can serve the whole family, nothing to complain about!
Cannot change the reservation, have to cancel and book again. Very often at the end of several reservations, the system 'freezes'. Also, the reservations are not updated in real-time on the account, need to log out and then log in.
Great, I love VivaLing. My 3-year-old son is making huge progress. He looks forward to seeing his teacher every week. It's practical, easy to use, and flexible. The lessons are fun and the progress is obvious. Thank you
Very good except that I completely got mixed up with the schedule at the very beginning because we went on vacation in Europe. Not completely obvious to change time zones.
My son is on his 2nd lesson and so far everything is going well.

Professional, efficient, very fun and super attentive. The teachers adapt to all requests (school revisions, deepening, preparation for tests). In short, absolutely recommendable... From 3 years old, I have tested it and it is incredibly effective!
Easy to get started and very complete explanations provided for the first connections and video sessions. Clever concept in times of health crisis! However, our child is young (3 years old) and the level of the 'teacher' was not suitable (alphabet not yet known even in French, too many questions when he doesn't know many words rather than using repetition). Needs adjustment on this point.
Very easy to use the site. My son has been preparing for the B2 for a year with his coach. He is very happy with his classes and has made good progress. The classes are very interactive and the coach adapts to my son by using his own interests as starting points for conversations.
