I already sent an email sharing my opinion. This order has been a complete joke.

It seems to me that an order cannot be put in an envelope and not given enough importance as if 42e were 2e... it seemed unprofessional to me where the pendant I bought came from.

Bad packaging compared to the previous order, quality of some minerals quite average and size not respected. Some jewelry is also of average quality.

The silver items arrived very dirty and there is no way to clean them, plus the silver is coming off the stone, an aquamarine looks like it is bruised and shattered.. the bronze pendants come on the website with a chain and the ones I received come with a cheap string... Come on, these items do not meet my expectations

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

Broken pyramid, black silver pendants, shungite powdered and the quartz candle was missing.

They look better in the photos. I was a little disappointed with one of the pendants I picked as it didn't look like a mineral. The delivery was very good.

The second one was a gift to another city, after waiting several days, I called and it turns out that "we don't have staff", "the shipment is unprepared"... It's not serious. You have a lot to improve in the shipping area. I will not buy again. There are more serious businesses.

But my only complaint was the fact of buying a pack and then being told that no, that it was a mistake on the website, when I had been seeing that pack on the website for months and was waiting to be able to buy it. I felt disappointed honestly as I was initially very happy with my purchase, and ended up receiving less than what I initially bought, as I received a moldavite of between 2-2.9, and not the pack. The guy who attended to me was kind and respectful and at least had the detail of sending me a longer piece as I asked. I am a follower of the store on all platforms and I watch the live videos and the last thing I expected was for something like this to happen.

The jade is not of quality. The Yoni egg purchased cannot be used intravaginally. I want to request a refund.
