The opinion is not about the quality of the order, it is about the delivery policies of Nacex that if I note in the observations that it should be left in my private garden to facilitate delivery, the company does not do it and I still do not have the order because I work and cannot pick it up.

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

They answered me about one of the products I wanted to return because I made a mistake. That was fine. I think I am not going to return it after all. The Nacex delivery person (the same as always because he takes the same route) marked me as absent when there were people at home, both on the 1st floor and on the ground floor.
