When I bought the products, they were all in stock and I paid. A few days later, they told me that some were out of stock. I would like them to update the page with the real stock. The ones that arrived were very good and perfectly wrapped.

The purchase was very good, only that a pendulum was missing a small part, now I will send a photo. Everything else is fine.

They look better in the photos. I was a little disappointed with one of the pendants I picked as it didn't look like a mineral. The delivery was very good.

I missed a mini nitrino tree that I ordered two of and they brought me one, then I ordered two circular plates of yin yang serenite that were in stock and after placing the order days later they told me they were out of stock but well that's not charged but the tree that I'm missing is.

Some of the labradorite stones came in a nice square shape and the other hand seems like labradorite, very thin and colorless. I think it would be better to have just one stone but nicer, it gives me the feeling that they lack shine.

I have received an item that I did not order (at a much lower price) instead of another one that I paid for, because it seems that there were no stocks and they have not refunded me for that product, nor how I can return the one I do not want.

The post-sale service is quite ineffective. I want to return the product and they are ignoring me.

Dissatisfied, the Salvia is not of the expected quality and the Rhohonita massager is not made of this mineral, both pieces are purple. Nothing to do with the image of the order.

They do not have good customer service

I ordered a blue fluorite bracelet and I received one that has nothing to do with the photograph on the website or the advertising you did. It's almost green. I reported it and the problem was not resolved. I feel deceived.

I have bought twice for two mail deliveries to my home. The first one, after waiting days, I had to go to the warehouse to pick it up. The second one was a gift to another city, after waiting several days, I called and it turns out that "we don't have staff", "the shipment is unprepared"... It's not serious. You have a lot to improve in the shipping area. I will not buy again. There are more serious businesses.

I bought things that were not available at the time of sending, they solved the problem because I requested a refund, that shouldn't happen and it took them 5 days to send the order which is not what it says on their page, but since the products are good and they solved the problem I will try to buy again and have a better experience.

Some items were missing like the malachite pyramids or salt coasters. The items should have the name because there are very similar minerals. I just placed an order, I hope nothing is missing from what was invoiced. Best regards

Well, my experience has not been very good, as I bought a pack of 3-6 pieces of moldavite that included 5 grams, and after making the purchase, they changed the website, thanks to the fact that I have screenshots proving what I say. I contacted the store and was told that the only thing they could do was cancel the order and refund me, in the end, I accepted to continue the purchase with fewer grams of moldavite, but I asked to be given a longer piece and they did so, they also gave me a package of incense, the shipping was very fast. But my only complaint was the fact of buying a pack and then being told that no, that it was a mistake on the website, when I had been seeing that pack on the website for months and was waiting to be able to buy it. I felt disappointed honestly as I was initially very happy with my purchase, and ended up receiving less than what I initially bought, as I received a moldavite of between 2-2.9, and not the pack. The guy who attended to me was kind and respectful and at least had the detail of sending me a longer piece as I asked. I am a follower of the store on all platforms and I watch the live videos and the last thing I expected was for something like this to happen.

My experience has been good. But it's better to see the products directly, instead of a photo. Regarding my witch knot bracelet, I was surprised at how big the knot was. From the photo, I thought it was much smaller.

Hello Some of the products are damaged

The packaging is very good and the presentation is appreciated, as they send the products each in a plastic package and all of it in a nice fabric bag. The problem is that the condition of some minerals I ordered, especially the lapis lazuli, the nephrites, and the jade is lamentable. They were very poorly polished and have a dull color with very marked scratches from a deficient polishing that greatly detracts from the stones. The nephrites also have glue blobs on the stone that look ugly. Furthermore, the settings of the stones I mentioned are very poorly made and open. They constantly fall off despite me tightening them with pliers, as it is a flimsy material. The silver and brass came very dirty, with a yellow tone and brown blobs, as if they had been stored in a corner without cleaning for a long time. The pyrite keychain, which is spectacular, the stone arrived well, but the metal of the keychain came yellowish and dirty. I couldn't remove the stains from the brass setting on some pendants with metal cleaner, so instead of looking like new pieces, they look like I bought them at a second-hand store. If the reason the settings are in such condition is because they were handmade, they should definitely have them made by someone else or buy them from another place. That's my opinion. What they offer and the prices are interesting, it's a shame that what they send is in such poor condition.

3 cm pyramid is small but this is even smaller! We came to your shop on a few occasions during concerts at the Palau and enjoyed your stones at that time.
