I am not very happy with the stones that I have received so far with my last order. I have received stones that are not totally what they say, for example I ordered Charoite and I received a stone formed by charoite powder combined surely with resins and dye to make it look real. There are others that are not but really, when I order from these people I never know if what I am going to receive is totally real or if it is a mixture of other stones or even worse resins...is it normal that they are so cheap?

Hello we had in the package a box with rose quartz massager without the ghasha. Also the three tiger eye stones are visually split and glued. Part of the order is correct but the quality is not. Kind regards

I almost always buy at Vives de la Cortada, they are friendly, attentive and usually serve quickly. My four stars are because lately I can't restock the products I need because they don't have stock of most of them. I hope they can restock soon so I can continue to buy what I need.

Pleasantly surprised. I have placed my first order and it will not be my last. I am very happy with the quality of the products. I ordered several pendants and bracelets and their quality and finish is higher than what you see in the pictures. Also, the crystals have a very nice energy. However, one of the pierced crystals I ordered has a hole that is too narrow and none of my chains fit :(

Hello Lack of reactivity UPS delivery for more than 30 euros with a promise of delivery within 48 hours (order placed on Monday before noon, delivery expected on Wednesday) and on Wednesday the order is still being prepared for a missing item even though it was available when the order was placed.
