In the photos the feeling is that the stones have another color. It is true that it warns, but in my case, the tonality and transparency is very different. There are even many cracks in 2 of the pieces. Next time I will buy them in person, at a fair or in a store. It arrived very well protected, and the transport agency contacted me to adjust the delivery schedule.

I ordered sea water, and I got a white color, I know that sometimes the stones have different shades, but the blue tone is not visible anywhere.

Great order as usual, but I was missing some items but after sending an email to the company, they were very reactive and sent me back the missing things.

Everything perfect but I think too much expense in plastic to pack the products. I found it very exaggerated. Anyway I understand that it is to protect from possible breakage or problems in the state of the product. The rest is perfect.

The order arrived quickly, 48 hours. And well packaged. Only (I ordered 3 gua sha massagers) and two have small as mini breaks. I understand that being authentic stones and minerals you can pass, but I consider that the polishing should be better, since its use is in skin massage (and can damage the skin).

In general it is fine but the cloth bags are always missing some. In the last order I have missed 6 and some more with failure.

Vibes de cortada always give me great service but I have a problem with the courier UPS in the Uk every single time - and this time they are charging me £80 import tax on an order of £230 - and haven’t delivered on time

I ordered some gemmas that I needed for a certain day. I ordered them ahead of time. They offered between 6 and 10. I told them to give me at least 7 (just in case they gave me less and 6 was not enough for what I needed). They gave me 7. But the worst thing was how long it took. I complained. They told me first thing the next day and it did NOT arrive. It arrived the next day and at noon. It did not arrive in time for what I needed and I do not intend to repeat with this supplier. Delivery is as important as the product.

Delivery was fine, but I was just disappointed by the size of the so-called medium-sized geodes, which for me are very small, and by the price of the black tourmalines, which are of fine quality. Thank you

very good. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because after i ordered, it turned out they didnt have everything i ordered. their web page wasnt up to date. sebastion from the warehouse called me, he was very helpful & apologetic about the problem. we fixed the problem, i am very satisfied / happy with my experience / solution buying from vives cortada. el unico motivo que di 4 estrallas en vez de 5, es por que despues de pagar / hacer mi pedido, resulta no tenian todo que yo habia pedido. sebasation del almacen me llamo, me explico el problema y lo solucianomos sin problemas. el sebastion era muy amable y muy professional. estoy contento con la calidad y mi experiencia comprando de vives cortada.

They need to better express the theme of the earrings. In the end I have two pairs. You should put pair of earrings and not "button earring" as it appears.
