Problems with items that didn't match the description on the site, several emails sent for a return, and to date no reply. This is the first time I've done this, and I realize that customer service doesn't exist at all! Everything's fine if you don't have any problems. I bought shungite pendants and a shungite pyramid and very nice and quality. The only thing that the pyramid was to give away and did not bring any brochure or similar indicating what it is. The shipping and packaging was fine.
