Your products are wonderful, as an opportunity for improvement, I only suggest reviewing communication with the customer when the purchase is online. There was a small delay with my delivery, and I was the one who had to call to find out what had happened. It is better to inform from your side that there will be a delay. In any case, the order arrived perfectly and when assigning a new date, they fulfilled very well.

333 / 5.000 Hello Vives de la Cortada Team, I would like to inform you that the 4737 "Palo Santo Premium Bag" (3 x 1 kg) I received is by no means premium quality. Almost two-thirds of the contents have brown spots from decomposition, wormholes, are rotten, and have bark. I am very dissatisfied. This is the worst C-grade product.
