I am happy with the service, they have always responded to me when a piece has arrived broken but I would not have any inconvenience in every order, I do not give 5 stars for this and because when I buy palo Santo never comes the grams that says 80g I get 60g or 70g, it is not a minimum difference.

Super fast delivery, very good telephone support. The only downside is that I bought shungit elite and would have to be between 10 and 12 pieces, came 14 but some are extremely small and do not serve me.

I really liked the product. But menha disappointed much shipping, they say that in 24 hours you have it at home and it took me 5 days, causing me many problems. Recommended by the product, by the management of shipping 0.

They do not specify delivery times correctly. They explicitly put 24 hours unless they have volume ....ni one more delay condition. It took me 7 days without being in any special condition for large order volume, without notice, and without anything. And you pay 3.50 for the 24 hour shipping they say themselves. That they change the conditions because it is misleading advertising and can be reported.
