I made a purchase on Friday Friday and due to a computer error the discount was not applied, I contacted them and they offered me two solutions: either refund the money or pay it on the next purchase. I took the second option and without any problem they made the readjustment in the next purchase.

You are fast in delivery. You have quality, although some of the stones are not what I expected, they look like leftovers, leftovers. Another detail is that lately there is no stock in any of the chips and small stones which is what I use the most. It's a pity, you lose sales.

My experience has been apart from disappointing because of the poor quality of the products...it has been a waste of my time not receiving an answer about the return of my order..so as you have time to send surveys and you don't have time to attend my claim I will make a claim for payment to my bank as I have communicated on another occasion.
