The transport company you hired (InPost) is terrible. In my case, the locker point was not available, instead of calling me or calling you to see if it could be left at another locker point or address, they left with the order. I receive an email to choose another locker point. Two days later, the order is relabeled and at least two more days to deliver it back to me, according to InPost, it's rubbish. My question is, why pay shipping costs if the deadlines are not met? To make matters worse, you receive complaints from users, and despite that, you continue to work with this company. I don't think I will buy anything from your store again.

Product- Palo Santo Premium Bag + - Units : Pack 5Kg (Reference: 4737) --does not correspond to its name. PREMIUM is not just a beautiful word. It is quality. I received large pieces of wood in very poor packaging. With mold. This is unfair to me - how will I sell in my store?? Very poor packaging of the entire order. International packaging should be strong. And white sage - they threw it in a box and closed it.

My only problem with you is that when I order on the web, I order what is there, because what is not there does not let me put it in the cart, but when it comes time to prepare the order there are always missing products, and maybe I have ordered ppalmente for that product ... which makes me consider looking for another supplier, otherwise, everything great, no problems but can not always miss things ... I am not very happy with the stones that I have received so far with my last order. I have received stones that are not totally what they say, for example I ordered Charoite and I received a stone formed by charoite powder combined surely with resins and dye to make it look real. There are others that are not but really, when I order from these people I never know if what I am going to receive is totally real or if it is a mixture of other stones or even worse resins...is it normal that they are so cheap?
