333 / 5.000 Hello Vives de la Cortada Team, I would like to inform you that the 4737 "Palo Santo Premium Bag" (3 x 1 kg) I received is by no means premium quality. Almost two-thirds of the contents have brown spots from decomposition, wormholes, are rotten, and have bark. I am very dissatisfied. This is the worst C-grade product. A calcite sphere has a defect and 3 octahedrons do not have the geometric shape. I sent an email on Thursday, May 29 when I picked it up and I have not received a response. Yesterday, May 30 in the afternoon, I called by phone and a very kind guy took note and committed to sending me 1 sphere and 3 octahedrons.
