order well received and compliant. But large package for a box of incense that fit in an envelope.

There should be measurements for these elastic bracelets so that you don't have to take them apart to make them smaller.

Quite happy with my order although I expected the opals to be more colorful and one of the bronze pendants had a crushed clasp. Otherwise everything was fine.

Response from Vives de la Cortada
Good morning, thank you for your comment, we regret that the pendant had a defect if you want we can change it right now, regarding opals the vast majority of minerals vary in color, motif and opacity naturally, that is why in the item description specifies that the product to be delivered is similar to that of the photograph. From here we want to remind you that if you want you can return the articles within 48h from the reception of the order. To process the exchange/return you can send us an email to [email protected], thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience.

I almost always buy at Vives de la Cortada, they are friendly, attentive and usually serve quickly. My four stars are because lately I can't restock the products I need because they don't have stock of most of them. I hope they can restock soon so I can continue to buy what I need.

Pleasantly surprised. I have placed my first order and it will not be my last. I am very happy with the quality of the products. I ordered several pendants and bracelets and their quality and finish is higher than what you see in the pictures. Also, the crystals have a very nice energy. However, one of the pierced crystals I ordered has a hole that is too narrow and none of my chains fit :(

I ordered on November 19 and still haven't received my order. After complaint, they just gave me the carrier's number for me to solve the problem. No one answers, always busy signal. Absolutely unbelievable.

I did not know this store and bought several economic pendants. The hooks are not of the best quality, but of course, in the end for the price ... little more you can ask for. I do not rule out buying things again.

In the photos the feeling is that the stones have another color. It is true that it warns, but in my case, the tonality and transparency is very different. There are even many cracks in 2 of the pieces. Next time I will buy them in person, at a fair or in a store. It arrived very well protected, and the transport agency contacted me to adjust the delivery schedule.

Everything perfect but I think too much expense in plastic to pack the products. I found it very exaggerated. Anyway I understand that it is to protect from possible breakage or problems in the state of the product. The rest is perfect.
