I ordered on November 19 and still haven't received my order. After complaint, they just gave me the carrier's number for me to solve the problem. No one answers, always busy signal. Absolutely unbelievable.

I ordered some gemmas that I needed for a certain day. I ordered them ahead of time. They offered between 6 and 10. I told them to give me at least 7 (just in case they gave me less and 6 was not enough for what I needed). They gave me 7. But the worst thing was how long it took. I complained. They told me first thing the next day and it did NOT arrive. It arrived the next day and at noon. It did not arrive in time for what I needed and I do not intend to repeat with this supplier. Delivery is as important as the product.
