Very good attention and very good product. You can tell they have a lot of knowledge, and when I went in person I was attended by a very nice girl who recommended me many minerals that I did not know of its existence. And now after the online order, I recommend Vives de la Cortada for shopping.

Very nice customer service and fast delivery with a lot of care in protecting the parts that could break in transport, glad to import again with them.

My experience has been apart from disappointing because of the poor quality of the products...it has been a waste of my time not receiving an answer about the return of my order..so as you have time to send surveys and you don't have time to attend my claim I will make a claim for payment to my bank as I have communicated on another occasion.

Very happy with the purchase. Excellent lemurian quartz and amethyst tips. When I need more crystals I will definitely buy them here again.

The physical store is a marvel. However, the online store leaves a little to be desired in terms of time. There are other online mineral shops that are much faster and more efficient.

I placed an order for malachite/azurite on black friday and I couldn't be happier! The shipment was delayed ... something obvious by the volume of orders. I received my order correctly and for the delay they have had a detail. A 10 for Vives both for the service and for the prices.
