The reviews highlight fast delivery and careful, secure packaging as a constant strength, with products arriving quickly and well protected. Customers repeatedly mention a wide selection of minerals, bracelets, and stones at good prices, noting the variety, quality, and attractive packaging like small gift bags. The service stands out for responsiveness and helpfulness, including friendly, solution-oriented staff and after-sales support, contributing to a reliable shopping experience. Overall, shoppers praise the seriousness, professionalism, and consistent satisfaction with both in-store and online purchases.
I ordered some gemmas that I needed for a certain day. I ordered them ahead of time. They offered between 6 and 10. I told them to give me at least 7 (just in case they gave me less and 6 was not enough for what I needed). They gave me 7. But the worst thing was how long it took. I complained. They told me first thing the next day and it did NOT arrive. It arrived the next day and at noon. It did not arrive in time for what I needed and I do not intend to repeat with this supplier. Delivery is as important as the product.

Delivery was fine, but I was just disappointed by the size of the so-called medium-sized geodes, which for me are very small, and by the price of the black tourmalines, which are of fine quality. Thank you
