The opinion is not about the quality of the order, it is about the delivery policies of Nacex that if I note in the observations that it should be left in my private garden to facilitate delivery, the company does not do it and I still do not have the order because I work and cannot pick it up.

They answered me about one of the products I wanted to return because I made a mistake. That was fine. I think I am not going to return it after all. But I also asked a question about exactly what minerals were in the pack of five hanging stones. And I did not receive a response again. Nothing, that's all.

The Nacex delivery person (the same as always because he takes the same route) marked me as absent when there were people at home, both on the 1st floor and on the ground floor. Besides, I provided my phone number when I saw that the company was Nacex so that he could call me and indicate where he could leave the package, and he didn't call me. I had to arrange with a parcel shop and wait more days for my order to arrive.

It hasn't arrived, the carrier called me to ask where the address was and did not make the delivery as I was home all day.

The order arrived super fast but I have doubts about whether the stone is authentic.

The order took 13 days to be delivered and 9 references are missing or incomplete despite the invoice already paid! I hope the commercial return will be up to par.

Well, my experience has not been very good, as I bought a pack of 3-6 pieces of moldavite that included 5 grams, and after making the purchase, they changed the website, thanks to the fact that I have screenshots proving what I say. I contacted the store and was told that the only thing they could do was cancel the order and refund me, in the end, I accepted to continue the purchase with fewer grams of moldavite, but I asked to be given a longer piece and they did so, they also gave me a package of incense, the shipping was very fast. But my only complaint was the fact of buying a pack and then being told that no, that it was a mistake on the website, when I had been seeing that pack on the website for months and was waiting to be able to buy it. I felt disappointed honestly as I was initially very happy with my purchase, and ended up receiving less than what I initially bought, as I received a moldavite of between 2-2.9, and not the pack. The guy who attended to me was kind and respectful and at least had the detail of sending me a longer piece as I asked. I am a follower of the store on all platforms and I watch the live videos and the last thing I expected was for something like this to happen.

My experience has been good. But it's better to see the products directly, instead of a photo. Regarding my witch knot bracelet, I was surprised at how big the knot was. From the photo, I thought it was much smaller.
