Just comment that one of the pyramids came with a broken tip and the little piece was not in the wrapper, so I understand that it was already like that before sending it, in any case I have kept it because it is difficult to demonstrate. Thank you.

The order came really Quick and really well packed. Loved everything inside it (I bought some bombitas and 3 bracelets). Unfortunately one of the bracelets broke within the first 24 hours so I am a bit worried about the other 2, but still I am very satisfied.

Problems with items that didn't match the description on the site, several emails sent for a return, and to date no reply. This is the first time I've done this, and I realize that customer service doesn't exist at all! Everything's fine if you don't have any problems. I almost always buy at Vives de la Cortada, they are friendly, attentive and usually serve quickly. My four stars are because lately I can't restock the products I need because they don't have stock of most of them. I hope they can restock soon so I can continue to buy what I need.
