Customer reviews of Vives de la Cortada

Very fast, very well packaged and total coincidence between photography and received objects, I will buy again.

Good quality bracelet

THE ADVERTISED DISCOUNT OF 25,00€ IS NOT REAL.

In general it is fine but the cloth bags are always missing some. In the last order I have missed 6 and some more with failure.

Good

I ordered some gemmas that I needed for a certain day. I ordered them ahead of time. They offered between 6 and 10. I told them to give me at least 7 (just in case they gave me less and 6 was not enough for what I needed). They gave me 7. But the worst thing was how long it took. I complained. They told me first thing the next day and it did NOT arrive. It arrived the next day and at noon. It did not arrive in time for what I needed and I do not intend to repeat with this supplier. Delivery is as important as the product.

Delivery was fine, but I was just disappointed by the size of the so-called medium-sized geodes, which for me are very small, and by the price of the black tourmalines, which are of fine quality. Thank you

Très joli bracelet. Très satisfaite.

The shungite pendant is as described and perfectly meets my expectations.

very good. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because after i ordered, it turned out they didnt have everything i ordered. their web page wasnt up to date. sebastion from the warehouse called me, he was very helpful & apologetic about the problem. we fixed the problem, i am very satisfied / happy with my experience / solution buying from vives cortada. el unico motivo que di 4 estrallas en vez de 5, es por que despues de pagar / hacer mi pedido, resulta no tenian todo que yo habia pedido. sebasation del almacen me llamo, me explico el problema y lo solucianomos sin problemas. el sebastion era muy amable y muy professional. estoy contento con la calidad y mi experiencia comprando de vives cortada.

Good quality and speed.

I love your products

They need to better express the theme of the earrings. In the end I have two pairs. You should put pair of earrings and not "button earring" as it appears.

the products are in conformity with the order, speed of sending, the only disadvantage, it is that there is no identification, reference or name on each article .... only point to be improved thank you

incomplete delivery... lost package

Quality. And a good online deal.

All correct

I am satisfied

Good

Great service. The order arrived the next day. Everything was fine.

Everything is perfect, although I still have one of the crystals pending, which was out of stock and the website said there was availability.

Very happy

What they are doing is disrespectful to their customers.

Efficiency and speed

Very pleased. Fast shipping, perfect packaging, the pieces 5 stars.

I relied too much on the good reviews. The incense I bought goes out 10 seconds after lighting it The pendulums and the polished stone are pitted from bumps or bad polishing experience.

Atenciosos e rápidos no envio

I love it and especially the service that arrived earlier than expected, just to say that I love it.

I am happy with what I have purchased Thank you

All good, the problem is that it's so drapey and I don't know how to treat this fabric and especially the drape.

Excelente atendimento e acompanhamento, aceitam os pedidos do cliente e as sugestões

I am happy with the service, they have always responded to me when a piece has arrived broken but I would not have any inconvenience in every order, I do not give 5 stars for this and because when I buy palo Santo never comes the grams that says 80g I get 60g or 70g, it is not a minimum difference.

very well packed, fast delivery,in December 2022 and January 2023 I made 4 purchases, very happy I will continue to buy,not 5 star because there is nothing to certify that it is shungite.Best regards Ornella

I expected the jasper piece to be a bit better. I will use it anyway.

Super fast delivery, very good telephone support. The only downside is that I bought shungit elite and would have to be between 10 and 12 pieces, came 14 but some are extremely small and do not serve me.

The quality of the products was impeccable, as always, but not the way to bag it, as there was a small penjoll outside the whole bag of bottles, trapped under the seal. I almost filled it to the rubble.

Good value for money,

I liked it

good value for money, although some of the products are smaller than they appear on the other
