The reviews highlight fast delivery and careful, secure packaging as a constant strength, with products arriving quickly and well protected. Customers repeatedly mention a wide selection of minerals, bracelets, and stones at good prices, noting the variety, quality, and attractive packaging like small gift bags. The service stands out for responsiveness and helpfulness, including friendly, solution-oriented staff and after-sales support, contributing to a reliable shopping experience. Overall, shoppers praise the seriousness, professionalism, and consistent satisfaction with both in-store and online purchases.
My experience has been apart from disappointing because of the poor quality of the products...it has been a waste of my time not receiving an answer about the return of my order..so as you have time to send surveys and you don't have time to attend my claim I will make a claim for payment to my bank as I have communicated on another occasion.

The note is mainly for the management. The product, not being able to choose it in person, you have to trust the one who chooses it for you, which can lead to deception by the non-correspondence of the image of the mineral with the real sample.but the management is excellent".

The order arrived on time, very well wrapped. The stones are beautiful, I still do not know if they work because it has not been time. I recommend it.

I don't give it five for two reasons they didn't send me any mail to know the status of the order and that it took a long time..also in their favor I know that they were devordados by the theme of black fridey..I suppose that the next order will go better..thanks.

The order was fine. But I bought some jewellery as a gift and they couldn't give it to me. Just a plastic bag.

I think that the minimum order of 300€ is a bit excessive, it is quite difficult to reach this minimum for a small business.

I was confused with the small adularia cabochons, since there are many in the photo and then only one was sent. But it was my mistake. All the minerals I ordered have arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful!

Everything has been processed very quickly and I am very satisfied. The only thing is that the stones have not arrived with a certificate of authenticity and I have not yet tested if they are electrically conductive. Otherwise, if they are really authentic, I am very satisfied and will certainly buy again.

The pendulums are bigger than I expected. A photo with the pendulum in hand would be helpful in choosing the perfect pendulum. For the rest, everything is perfect.

Fair price, quality, quantity and price, I do not put 5 stars because the bag where it came was a little broken, but I insist that the product is phenomenal.

I will probably buy more. I was really looking forward to this stone in the form of a rough pendant, as I could only find it polished or without the hanging clasp.

All good, but on the website did not put the size of the ring or the size of the earrings. The ring is too big and the earrings too small, although very nice.

Fast delivery and after several orders, I received what I expected, except once I expected more variety in the set of stones I ordered. For the rest correct. I would ask for different designs of shapes of cut stones or hearts or donuts ... very limited for pendants ."
