The opinion is not about the quality of the order, it is about the delivery policies of Nacex that if I note in the observations that it should be left in my private garden to facilitate delivery, the company does not do it and I still do not have the order because I work and cannot pick it up.

The shipment took a long time to arrive and the delivery was quite difficult. I do not have the invoice visibly and the products arrived quite poorly presented, without even labels to distinguish some minerals that lead to confusion, nor a minimal presentation of the product.

The shipment was fine, on time and correct. The content of the purchase not so much. A pendant that was not well attached to the chain, I had to take it to a nearby jeweler to fix it with their tools and the stone is "supposedly" an amethyst that is whiter than lilac. If I had bought in a physical store, I assure you I wouldn't have taken that one. One of the bracelets, with the stones smaller than indicated on the website. I have made several purchases and this has been the worst. Not satisfied.

They answered me about one of the products I wanted to return because I made a mistake. That was fine. I think I am not going to return it after all. But I also asked a question about exactly what minerals were in the pack of five hanging stones. And I did not receive a response again. Nothing, that's all.
